Swedish law firm Glimstedt has assisted Specialfastigheter i Kristianstad AB in the purchase of Galleria Boulevard, a shopping center located in Kristianstad, for SEK 470 million.

The building is more than 80,000 square metres with space for shops, gyms, restaurants, a cinema and parking.

The responsible partner was Henrik Willquist.
