Our Story

Lawyers’ Cooperation was inaugurated in 2001, starting with just two members from Germany and Switzerland.

The idea behind LC was the creation of a team of like-minded independent law firms, with shared interests and attitudes in how to practice business law in Europe. This team would enable members to expand their reach beyond their borders, and work with partners they could trust to deliver great work, with their clients’ best interests at heart.

The only thing that has changed since 2001 is the number of members who have joined. Today we have 20 members across Europe, offering skilled and progressive business law solutions to deal with the various hurdles our clients need to navigate in Europe.

We continue to welcome new members. Each member is carefully vetted and chosen based on their credentials, but more importantly, their cultural and attitudinal fit with the team.
